This meditation is designed to help your mind ascend to the higher frequencies of peace and joy. A combination of special brainwave entrainment frequencies, music, sounds and vocals are used to stimulate your brains natural production of the beneficial hormones, serotonin, melatonin and DMT.

Sit back, relax, breathe deeply but gently and allow the music and sounds to massage your mind….

Research by Dr Vincent Giampapa, MD, Former President of American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine, New England Journal of Medicine

Dr Giampapa suggested that binaural beats “dramatically” affects the production of three hormones directly related to longevity of life and overall well-being; cortisol, DHEA and melatonin:

1) Cortisol is found in the adrenal glands and impacts learning and memory, as too much of it is bad for us and causes stress. This is reduced by binaural beats

2) DHEA is used as a “source ingredient” for virtually every “good hormone” the body needs, and helps our immune system. This is increased by binaural beats

3) Melatonin is the chemical produced during deep, natural sleep. Having lots of DHEA and melatonin is good for us. This is increased by brainwave entrainment using binaural beats.

Research by Dr Margaret Patterson & Dr Ifor Capel, Marie Curie Cancer Foundation Research Department:

Binaural beats which take the user into the Alpha brainwave state aids production of serotonin, a hormone which increases relaxation and eases pain.

Introducing the new Trypnaural Brainwave Entrainment Technology:

Brainwave entrainment using binaural beats has been around for a long time and has since be surpassed by a whole new range of technologies using the more potent isochronic tones.

I am a pharmacist and music producer based in the UK. I have been working over the last year on developing the future of brainwave entrainment that goes even deeper and stimulates the natural production of tryptamines such as DMT, serotonin and melatonin.

The end result being such things as improved mood and cognitive function, better health and deeper sleep. When used before sleep, the user may also experience lucid dreaming as a result of the extra DMT stimulation.

These positive effects of Trypnaural sound technology can help to relieve depression, insomnia, anxiety, stress and other stress related health disorders. The increased production of tryptamines also leads to heightened creativity and inspiration as a result of increased pineal gland/third eye activity.

Trypnaural sound technology combines the use of the best brainwave entrainment programmers, isochronic tones with specially produced music, natural sounds and voice.

Just see the testimonials on my videos and the AlchemySoundTherapy.com/optin website for further evidence of how extremely powerful Trypnaural sound technology is.

Trypnaural music is perfect for use to aid meditation, yoga, reiki and other energy therapies that are assisted by peace inducing music and sounds.

Part 2

Pharmacist and Natural Health Consultant Niraj Naik MPharm attempts to give cholesterol, a substance found in every human being, a fair trial, as it has for many years been accused of causing heart disease.

This is a talk held for the Yoga Teachers, Traditional Yoga Association, UK 2011

After many years of research during his work as a pharmacist he felt there was something not quite right with the hypothesis that high cholesterol and saturated fat leads to heart disease. Due to the enormous number of side effects his patients were suffering from after using the blockbuster heart drugs, statins, he was further motivated to seek alternatives to help them.

His work uncovers the ugly truth that the perhaps the current cholesterol hypothesis is a blatant lie, with the truth about what really causes heart disease being hidden from the public for the benefit of corporate profit.

Part 1: Niraj shows the evidence from both sides, so you can make an informed decision on whether or not cholesterol is to blame for the cause of heart disease.

Part 2: Niraj explains the new and probably more likely hypothesis for what really causes heart disease. Unfortunately it is more complex than the culprit being a single molecule, allowing a drug to be designed to alter its function or levels in the blood. Instead a more holistic and natural treatment is necessary for the prevention of heart disease, and some options are revealed that are completely drug and side effect free with compelling evidence to support that backs them.
