Shakti is Lalita, Kundalini and Parvati.

There is no difference between God Almighty

LAM- Root

Sit back in your chair, in a comfortable position with your back straight preferably or lying down if you wish, and simply let the vibrations soak through you, using the color chart as a sympathetic correspondence or just visualizing the spheres on your body or both!

Do this exercise for 5 minutes in the morning when waking up to fully energise the system and open your chakra vortexes for the day ahead.
